Each of our crews consists of two men, who are highly knowledgeable and have completed both WHMIS training, fall protection and are educated on all MSDS for the products we use. Every crewmember undergoes training through a mentoring program with senior technicians.
We select our technicians because we feel they have high potential in this field. There is no time limit to the training period, the technicians will not advance until their senior believes they are completely capable without assistance. This insures all crewmembers have rigorous on site training before they are to tackle a project on their own. Our supervising manager is the most senior of all technicians we employ.
This supervisor truly understands natural stone, and can easily handle the pressure this position entitles. This supervisor continues to excel in the field of marble restoration. The supervisory staff at The Marble Clinic have experience in the restoration field. They have good communication skills and are able to communicate with both the staff and the companies’ clientele to help generate ideas and optimize areas of the company. These staff members also deal with any issues that arise in the field.
